Sun Chase HOA
The Sun Chase Community is a suburban neighborhood located in Mentone. These homes are single family homes built from 1987-2020. Surrounding streets include Nice Ave, Agate Ave, Colton Ave, and Beryl Ave.
These homes are located within the Redlands School District and close to the Citrus and Mountain Grove shopping centers.
Marabellas Condominiums
The Marabellas Condos are located in the heart of Mentone at 1365 Crafton Ave. Directly across the street is Mentone Elementary School and just minutes away from Crafton Community College and Redlands University.

Things to Do in Mentone
Hiking / Biking
Mentone has several trails including:

Mentone Loop that is great for hiking or biking with friends or family.

Morton Peak Fire Lookout located at 34800 Morton Ridge Trail in Mentone

Crafton Hills Open Space Preserve located at 33787 Crafton Hills Ridge Trail

Zanja Peak located at Zanja Peak Dump Trail in Mentone and there is a Zanja
Peak trail off of Oak Glen Rd in Yucaipa. -

Mentone Beach
This is a small creek that runs from Big Bear down to Mill Creek and then through Mentone on the South side of the Hwy 38, then crosses over to the North side. You can park your vehicle approximately 1-2 miles east of Bryant Street and walk down to the creek. Please note, when leaving pick up your trash. These areas are small gems that we all want to enjoy for years to come.
